About Dorrit Türck
Dorrit Türck is a recipe developer, author and yoga teacher. She inspires people with her quick, simple and seasonal vegetarian dishes in cooking classes, at yoga retreats and on river cruises. Before she went into business for herself, she headed the Hiltl Academy for more than ten years as part of Rolf Hiltl's team, where she was responsible for cooking class management, recipe development and cookbooks. Her first vegetarian cookbook, "gmües", was a bestseller. Her second cookbook, "hülsenfrüchte", focuses on the variety of peas, lentils, beans and the like. Dorrit Türck finds her inspiration in the variety of vegetarian cuisine, while traveling and at the weekly market.
