Straw yellow color; on the nose, scents of peach, apple, lemon and light brioche notes; on the palate, a fine and long-lasting perlage; the appearance is dry, soft and delicate with balanced acidity. Beautiful creaminess and great length.

vinification
The base wines come from over 150 different vineyards. The 47th bottling consists of 77% 2022 vintage wine and 23% reserve wine from 2021 and 2020. The 2nd fermentation (bottle fermentation) lasts 25 months.
