Guinés Fernández, from Bodegas Gancedo, is one of the most respected winemakers from the Bierzo region. For him, it is important to produce according to traditional viticulture, to work carefully, supported by a respectful environmental philosophy. The grapes come from vines more than 60 years old. The production is small and the owner himself can be found daily in the vineyard.
