At the heart of our partnership is the wine education in Wiedikon – yet it is much more than just a program item. Every visit to an SHL hospitality class is a special moment. Because encounters happen, exchanges take place, and passion is shared.
Together we embark on a sensory journey through Northern Italy. But at its core, it is about more than regions: about passing on experience, about understanding, and about the joy of learning. During the tasting, wine becomes tangible, interest grows, enthusiasm arises.
The conclusion is the gathering. A shared dinner with dancing and singing, conversations without an agenda. It is exactly here that connection is created – and that is why these evenings remain memorable, because they show that learning can be a joy.
