What began as a hobby has developed over time into her great passion. As director of the Accademia Vergani, she has made it her mission to make the world of wine accessible, understandable and tangible for everyone. Whether in our diverse courses or at special events - with passion and know-how, Luana turns wine into an experience for all the senses.
Jonas Bertoldin
Is more than just a sommelier - he is a passionate ambassador of wine culture. His inexhaustible thirst for knowledge and his infectious enthusiasm for wine make him a true expert. With his charming smile and his competent advice, he creates unforgettable wine moments. 'A wine can only shine when people feel its emotions,' he is convinced."
As one of the youngest sommeliers of his generation, Jonas inspires with his deep understanding of the diversity of the world of wine. He is particularly passionate about the young, fresh and fruity wines of Italy as well as the elegant, mature wines of France.
With his studies as a wine academic and the goal of obtaining the title "Master of Wine", he is setting new standards in the wine industry.
Mauro Battiston
He is the go-to person for anyone who wants to delve into the world of grappa and wine. Originally from the kitchen, he found his true passion in the wine trade and today heads the Private Sales department at Vergani.
With his in-depth knowledge of the entire range and his sunny manner, he advises with enthusiasm – always with a broad smile and the perfect recommendation in hand.
