Julia Casado is a young, particularly talented winemaker from Murcia, who tries to bring the native Monastrell to full expression in the Bullas DO. Julia's gentle and respectful creations describe not only the terroir but the entire picture. Wines like in the past, without chemical aids, untamed and with great personality. Only a tiny amount of sulfur is added during bottling.
