Experience an evening full of magic and sensory impressions, where art, cuisine and wine merge harmoniously. Loris Battiston brings the art of painting directly to your plate: his dishes are inspired by the works exhibited on site, whose colors, brushwork and emotions he translates in a fascinating way into culinary works of art.
But it's not just about culinary delights: Jenny-Rose, the evening's curator and Loris's life partner, gives you exciting insights into the techniques and stories behind the pictures on display. Her knowledge creates an emotional connection between you and the art. Mauro, Loris' brother and wine connoisseur at Vergani, rounds off the experience by presenting the perfectly matched wines that perfectly complement each creation on the plate.
This evening is more than an event - it is a journey for all the senses, a true family project full of passion and perfection. Together, Loris, Jenny-Rose and Mauro create an unforgettable experience that celebrates the connection between art, cuisine and wine in a unique way. As we Verganis say: Viva la famiglia!

The hosts of the evening

Loris Battiston
Loris learned his cooking craft in the Die Waid restaurant and perfected his skills in renowned establishments such as Il Giglio, the Opera restaurant and the Neue Taverne under Nenad Mlinarevic. With a keen sense for flavors and details, Loris creates culinary masterpieces that make every dish an experience for the senses. He draws his inspiration from the diversity of life: from nature to modern architecture to everyday encounters. With creativity and precision, Loris transforms every ingredient into a unique work of art - his stage is always the same place: the plate.

Jenny-Rose Zenklusen
Jenny-Rose is the driving force behind the culinary artist Loris and, as curator of the event, brings her in-depth know-how in the world of art. She combines many roles in one person: taste tester, photographer, critic and assistant cook. With her fine sense of aesthetics and her eye for detail, she creates a bridge between art and culinary arts that makes the evening something very special. Her support and passion are the basis for Loris to be able to bring his ideas and visions to the plate.

Mauro Battiston
Mauro is now Head of Private Sales at Vergani, but his career also began in the kitchen. However, he soon turned his back on the stove. With his knowledge of Vergani's wine range, Mauro is responsible for the perfectly coordinated wine selection in the evening.
