Graticciaia Negroamaro Salento IGT Vallone

The winery, owned by the sisters Vittoria and Maria Teresa Vallone, as well as Francesco Vallone, consists of the following three locations: Tenuta Flaminio in Brindisi (310 ha), Tenuta Castel Serranova in Carovigno (312 ha), and Tenuta Iore in San Pancrazio Salentino (40 ha). The main part consists of 170 ha planted with vines, 120 ha with olive trees, followed by an area for artichoke and vegetable cultivation. Through their legendary Graticciaia, one of the best wines of southern Italy, Vallone is well known far beyond the Italian national border. Since 2007, the development of the wines has been the responsibility of Graziana Grassini, who is one of the most sought-after oenologists in Italy. She has given the wines her own style.
