For more than 80 years, the family business Frantoio Muraglia has been producing the finest olive oil in Apulia. It all started with an olive tree of the Coratina variety, which Muraglia still relies on today. The olives are hand-harvested, traditionally ground between granite stones, and pressed in a closed extraction process in their own olive press, ensuring rapid processing, with a maximum of 2 hours from harvest to press. The clay bottles "Punto" and "Arcobaleo" are also handmade in Apulia, making each bottle unique. In addition to the Intenso Fruttato line, we also offer the Fumo oil in our range, which, with its smoky finish, is a flavorful enhancement for many dishes.
