Die Villa, im Zentrum des Weingutes, steht für fünfzig Jahre Stolz und der Geschichte zwischen der Familie Porcarelli und der Stadt Matelica. Hier, am Fusse des Berges San Vicino auf 650 M.ü.M, begann Francesco Porcarelli (3. Generation) im Jahr 2013 mit der Flaschenabfüllung und der Umstellung auf den biologischen Anbau. Per Ende 2018 wurde der Keller renoviert. Die ursprünglich 6.5 ha Verdicchio Reben wurden im Jahre 2016 auf insgesamt 10 ha erweitert. Lediglich 0.5 ha sind mit Merlot bepflanzt. Mit jedem Schluck ihres Verdicchios spürt man die Zuneigung von Francesco und Stefania zu ihren Reben.
