For more than 80 years, the family business Frantoio Muraglia has been producing the finest olive oil in Apulia. It all started with a Coratina olive tree, which Muraglia still relies on today. The olives are hand-harvested, traditionally ground between granite stones, and pressed in a closed extraction process at their own olive press, ensuring rapid processing with a maximum of 2 hours from harvest to press. The "Punto" and "Arcobaleo" clay bottles are also handmade in Apulia, making each bottle unique. In addition to the Intenso Fruttato line, we also offer the Fumo oil in our range, which adds a smoky finish and a flavorful enhancement to many dishes.
