The resulting must ferments for 6 months in small oak barrels. The three base wines from the three locations are then blended. The Dosage Zéro Noir requires a good eight years (approx. 100 months) of bottle aging; it is not dosed and no shipping dosage is added during disgorging. A masterpiece!

1965 übersiedelte Annamaria Clementi Zanella mit ihrem Sohn Maurizio in die eindrucksvolle Hügellandschaft der Franciacorta. Nach dem Abitur vertiefte der junge Maurizio sein önologisches Wissen an den Universitäten von Beaune und Bordeaux. Nach seiner Rückkehr hat er das Familiengut modernisiert und ausgebaut und produzierte von nun an Weine und Schaumweine von Weltklasse und Prestige. Gambero Rosso, die führende italienische Weinpublikation, hat Cà del Bosco mit dem Titel 'Winery of the Year 2003' ausgezeichnet. Des Weiteren ist es Maurizio Zanella gelungen, bereits unzählige Male ihre Auszeichnung 'tre bicchieri' sowohl für seine Schaum- und Stillweine zu erhalten.
