Franciacorta, the highest quality sparkling wine in Italy and one of the finest sparkling wines in the world. Straw yellow; initial scent of fresh flowers, then ripe fruit, apple and apricot jam; on the palate vanilla, hazelnut and roasted aromas, very full-bodied, harmonious and elegant. The perlage is very fine and even. A great sparkling wine in the style of a fine vintage champagne.

vinification
The grapes are selected with the utmost care. The base wines are fermented in small oak barrels and are left in contact with the fine yeasts for 6 months. This is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle, which lasts on average around eight years!
