The must of the base wines ferments in small oak barrels. 7 months after the harvest, the cuvée is created, which was selected from 18 different base wines. The bottle fermentation lasted 48 months.

In 1965, Annamaria Clementi Zanella moved with her son Maurizio to the impressive hilly landscape of Franciacorta. After finishing high school, the young Maurizio deepened his oenological knowledge at the universities of Beaune and Bordeaux. After his return, he modernized and expanded the family estate and from then on produced world-class and prestigious wines and sparkling wines. Gambero Rosso, the leading Italian wine publication, awarded Cà del Bosco the title 'Winery of the Year 2003'. Furthermore, Maurizio Zanella has succeeded countless times in receiving their 'tre bicchieri' award for both his sparkling and still wines.
