Majestic like the cypress avenue of Bolgheri in Tuscany. Grappa is patiently aged in the underground cellars of the Poli distillery, distilled with steam flow. Its aroma is reminiscent of a basket of roasted hazelnuts, peanuts and dark chocolate.

Die Distillerie Poli wurde 1898 gegründet und wird heute als Familienbetrieb von den Geschwistern Barbara, Andrea, Giampaolo und Jacopo geführt. Die Destillation erfolgt traditionell diskontinuierlich, was die beste Qualität hervorbringt. Die Ausgangsprodukte sind aber unterschiedlicher Natur, je nach Endprodukt. So gelangt für die klassische Grappa Herstellung der Trester zur Destillation und bei der Linie "Chiara" die ganzen Beeren mit Schale und Fruchtfleisch. Sehenswert ist auch das Grappa-Museum, welches der Distillerie angeschlossen ist und täglich besichtigt werden kann.
