Due Barili has a particularly rich and smooth taste, thanks to a harmonious grappa blend of Prosecco and pure pomace with a floral aroma, and to the double maturation in two different types of barrels. At least two years in 225-litre French oak barriques and at least two years in Sherry PX barrels.

Poli Jacopo

The Poli distillery was founded in 1898 and is now run as a family business by the siblings Barbara, Andrea, Giampaolo, and Jacopo. The distillation is done traditionally in batches, which produces the best quality. The raw materials vary depending on the final product. For the classic grappa production, the pomace is distilled, while for the "Chiara" line, whole berries with skin and pulp are used. The grappa museum, which is attached to the distillery and can be visited daily, is also worth seeing.
