Straw yellow color with golden reflections; very fine and intense perlage. The aroma palette goes from citrus fruits, white fruits to herbs such as mint and spicy notes of ginger and cardamom. On the palate it is fresh and invigorating.

vinification

The fermentation of the base wines takes place separately for each variety in stainless steel at a temperature of 14-16 °C. The bottle fermentation lasts about 38 months. With the pas Dosé, there is no addition of the so-called "Liqueur d'Expedition", only refilling with wine from other bottles.

Located in a wonderful position on the hills of Lake Caldaro, the Kettmeir wine and sparkling wine cellar is one of the most renowned establishments in the South Tyrolean wine world. Since the winery was founded in 1919 by Giuseppe Kettmeir, it has set standards in this important wine-growing region.
