The fermentation of the two varieties takes place separately at 15-16°C (rosé vinification of the Pinot Noir grapes with short maceration and mash fermentation on the skins) 2. Bottle fermentation approx. 24 months.

Since the winery was founded in 1919 by Giuseppe Kettmeir, it has set standards in this important wine-growing region.
