Straw yellow color with golden reflections, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet unfolds broadly and multi-layered with sensual notes of candied citrus and ripe fruit to captivating aromas of dried fruit and spices. On the palate, it is simultaneously smooth and vibrant, with a distinctive acidity and mineral note.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay

vinification

Part of the Chardonnay ferments and matures in barriques, while the remaining Chardonnay and Pinot Nero are fermented separately according to grape variety in stainless steel and then refined on the lees for a few months. This is followed by a bottle fermentation of 56 months.
