Fermentation in barriques and partly in wooden barrels. Maturation on the fine yeast lasts until July. Then storage for 6 months in the bottle.

Located in a wonderful position on the hills of Lake Caldaro, the Kettmeir wine and sparkling wine cellar is one of the most renowned establishments in the South Tyrolean wine world. Since the winery was founded in 1919 by Giuseppe Kettmeir, it has set standards in this important wine-growing region.
