Das Weingut "Pago Ayles" besitzt insgesamt 3000 Hektaren Land, davon werden für den Weinbau ca. 40 Hektaren kultiviert. Als eines der wenigen Weingüter in Spanien hat Pago Ayles die Klassifikation "Vino de Pago" erhalten. Nur insgesamt 15 Betriebe in Spanien wurden bis jetzt damit geehrt. "Vino de Pago" steht für ausserordentliche Qualität und ist das höchste Gütesiegel für spanische Weine.
