The winery "Pago Ayles" owns a total of 3000 hectares of land, of which about 40 hectares are cultivated for viticulture. As one of the few wineries in Spain, Pago Ayles has received the classification "Vino de Pago." Only a total of 15 estates in Spain have been honored with this so far. "Vino de Pago" stands for exceptional quality and is the highest quality seal for Spanish wines.
