To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as a breakfast cook (40%).
Vergani, a 134-year-old family business, is one of the leading Swiss wine merchants with a portfolio mainly of Italian, Spanish, and Swiss wines. Your mission
Sunday Brunch & Breakfast
You passionately prepare our new Sunday brunch offer.
Co-creation & Creativity
You contribute ideas and actively participate in the further development
of our brunch offer.
Inventory Management
You check deliveries and product quality and ensure
optimal stock management.
Hygiene & Quality
You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP.
Teamwork
You work closely with the team and contribute to a
smooth operation in the kitchen.
Your profile
Education & Experience
You have completed training as a cook (EBA) or hold a comparable qualification and ideally have experience in the breakfast or brunch sector.
Independence
You work independently, are organized, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
Quality Awareness
Cleanliness, care, and a high standard of quality are natural for you.
Team Spirit
You value teamwork and actively support your colleagues.
Language
You have good German skills and can communicate confidently in everyday work situations.

Annual Working Time Model
You work a flexible annual workload of 40%. After consultation with you, your workload could be around 60% from October to March,
and around 20% from April to September. Your monthly salary remains constant throughout the year.
