The Angelvin family has been based in Saint-Tropez since 1944. It was only in 2016, through Logan Wallace Angelvin, who continues the winery of his great-grandfather, that their own rosé cuvée was bottled for the first time. This came after several years of delivering his harvest to the cooperative. The grape varieties Grenache, Tibouren, and Mourvèdre grow on the slopes of the winery overlooking the sea. After the winery switched to organic farming, the oenologist Laurence Berlemont has been supporting Logan at the winery.
