The Gini winery has a long tradition in the Soave production area and today covers 25 ha of vineyard land. Part of the vineyard 'LA FROSCÀ' was already owned by the family in the year 1700. The winery is run by the brothers Sandro and Claudio Gini. Today's success can be explained by a restrictive handling of the low hectoliter yields. With lush vegetation, a large part of the grapes is cut out. The harvest is carried out up to three times to ensure that all grapes are picked at the peak of their ripeness. The newly built winery, which was dug into the rock, is located in Monteforte d'Alpone, certainly one of the best sites for Soave.
