Dr. Emilio Rotolo, owner of Volpe Pasini for several years, has achieved the ambitious goals in a short time thanks to his great organizational talent. The winery extends over 52 ha of vineyard, of which 60% are planted with white and 40% with red grape varieties. The annual production amounts to 250,000 bottles. At the center of the estate is the manor house from the year 1596. The estate and winery is one of the oldest businesses in the region and is now able to combine centuries-old tradition with professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit.
