Das Weingut liegt im hochwertigem Weinbaugebiert "Rueda", welches bekannt für seine hervorragenden Weissweine ist. Bellori pflanzt ausschliesslich die weisse Rebsorte "Verdejo" an. Der ganze Fokus liegt daher auf dieser einen Sorte, was ihn zu einem absoluten spezialisten macht. Gegründet wurde Bellori 2008 von einer Gruppe Weinfreunde im kleinen Städtchen Ventosa de la Cuesta im Rueda.
