Cuvée Prestige Extra Brut Edizione 48, Franciacorta DOCG, Ca’ del Bosco, 75 cl
The classic from Franciacorta. Straw yellow, with peach, apple, lemon and a hint of brioche on the nose. Fine, persistent bubbles, dry and soft at the same time, with lovely creaminess and length. For aperitivo, with fish and seafood, or simply on its own.

Pinuar Pinot Nero 2017, Verona IGP, Corte Quaiara, 75 cl
A mature Pinot Nero. Notes of graphite, coffee, dark fruit, bay leaf and nutmeg on the nose. Red berries and balsamic notes on the palate, with a balanced, long and enveloping finish. Pair with poultry, mushroom risotto or a piece of aged cheese.

Roccapesta Morellino di Scansano 2024, DOCG, Roccapesta, 75 cl
Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo from the Maremma. Ruby red, fruity with subtle oak in the background, meaty and spicy on the palate, with soft tannins and a full-bodied finish. The wine for pasta al ragù, grilled food and long evenings around the table.
