The winery is located in San Antonio de Requena (Valencia) and is run as a family business. Chozas Carrascal is one of the few producers in Spain to have received the highest classification, "Vino de Pago". The requirement for this is a top location of the vineyards, combined with the highest level of vinification in the wine cellar.
