A brilliant red with a violet shimmer, aromas of dark berries, spices, nuts, vanilla, and toffee with a subtle minerality. Full-bodied, silky, and velvety on the palate. Fine acidity, rounded tannins, good structure, and a long finish. Over 60-year-old vines from the single vineyard La Pinada. Limited to 1,800 bottles.

Chozas Carrascal

The winery is located in San Antonio de Requena (Valencia) and is run as a family business. Chozas Carrascal is one of the few producers in Spain to have received the highest classification, "Vino de Pago". The requirement for this is a top location of the vineyards, combined with the highest level of vinification in the wine cellar.
