Das Weingut liegt im Veneto, eingebettet zwischen den Dolomiten und dem adriatischen Meer beim Städtchen Preganziol. Der Betrieb wird von der Familie Barollo geführt und wurde im Jahre 2001 gegründet. Ricardo Cotarella, einer der besten Önologen, zählt ebenfalls zum Team von Barollo.. Die wärmende Sonne und die kühle Brise vom Meer sind für ein hervorragendes Mikroklima in dieser Gegend verantwortlich. Die Trauben erhalten eine optimale Reife und im Weinkeller wird mit modernster Kellertechnik und grosser Sorgfalt gearbeitet.
