Giovanni Montresor comes from a family that has been producing wine for more than 150 harvests. After the first years in the family business, he returned to his grandfather's farm, where his father had renovated the vineyard 30 years ago. There he built his own project: wines of the highest quality in small quantities, with full and concrete respect for all of nature.

His dedication to traditional, sustainable winemaking is truly inspiring. He uses methods that respect the natural ecosystem, such as the use of mustard and ladybugs for pest control, and places great importance on biodiversity. This shows a deep commitment to both quality and environmental protection. His approach not only honors the heritage of his great-grandfather but also positively contributes to the health of his vineyard and the surrounding environment. It is a wonderful example of how sustainable practices can lead to exceptional products.
