Giovanni Montresor comes from a family that has been producing wine for more than 150 harvests. After the first years in the family business, he returned to his grandfather’s farm, where his father had renovated the vineyard 30 years ago. There, he built his own project: wines of the highest quality in small quantities, with full and concrete respect for the entire natural environment.

His dedication to traditional, sustainable winemaking is truly inspiring. He uses methods that respect the natural ecosystem, such as using mustard and ladybugs for pest control, and places great importance on biodiversity. This shows a deep commitment to both quality and environmental protection. His approach not only honors the legacy of his great-grandfather but also positively contributes to the health of his vineyard and the surrounding environment. It is a wonderful example of how sustainable practices can lead to exceptional products.
