Gently dried, rehydrated, and preserved in sunflower oil with parsley, garlic, and a delicate hint of peperoncino, they develop their characteristic Mediterranean flavor. Ideal as an antipasto, on focaccia, in salads, or for enhancing pasta and Mediterranean dishes.
