grape varieties

50% Petite Arvine, 25% Pinot Bianco, and 25% Ermitage

vinification

Each grape must is fermented separately in French wooden barrels and then remains in the barrique for around 9 months. The wine is then assembled, bottled and stored in the bottle for a further 3 months.
