Laflor stands for handcrafted chocolate made in Zurich and a mindful approach to cocoa and its origin. The cocoa beans are sourced directly from selected producers and processed into chocolate at its own manufactory in Zurich according to the bean-to-bar principle. Each origin is individually roasted, ground, and conched for many hours to bring out its characteristic flavor as fully as possible. Using high-quality ingredients, extensive manual craftsmanship, and a consistent focus on transparency and sustainability, distinctive single-origin chocolates are created that combine provenance with authentic Zurich chocolate craftsmanship.
