As with its two siblings, the grapes are picked by hand after another wonderful Zurich summer and then fermented in the bottle using the 'Méthode Traditionnelle'. In addition, the base wines of this Zurich wine are aged in barriques for 6 months before bottle fermentation. This gives it a fine creaminess and appealing roasted aromas.
