The Rosé Brut contains 100% Pinot Noir and, like the Räuschling vines, is allowed to grow on the shores of Lake Zurich. In the last beautiful days of autumn, the ripe, violet-blue grapes are picked by hand and then gently pressed. The base wine is then bottled and fermented in the bottle using the "Méthode Traditionnelle". Limited to 2,500 bottles.
