Massolino

Parussi Barolo DOCG Massolino

red wine
Italy
Piemonte
6er Karton
14,50 % vol.

Tobacco and leather on the nose; structured and powerful on the palate; in its early years, it displays a certain austerity that softens over time. The firm and robust tannins testify to its longevity. The very long finish emphasizes the character of Castiglione Falletto.

producer

Massolino

Azienda Agricola Massolino Vigna Rionda was founded in 1896 by Giovanni Massolino’s great-grandfather. Now in its fourth generation, the family continues to produce high-quality wines. The winery’s outstanding vineyards and great dedication to production and grape preparation have made it one of the leading Barolo producers. In 1990, a new cellar was opened in Serralunga d'Alba, allowing the wines to be stored at controlled temperature and humidity. All the wines produced come from the winery’s own vineyards.
