Das wunderschöne Landgut von Cipriana befindet sich in den Ausläufern des mittelalterlichen Dorfes Castagneto Carducci, in der Nähe zum Mittelmeer. Seit 1975 gehört das Gut den Gebrüdern Fabiani, die hier 8 ha mit Reben und 3.5 ha mit Olivenhainen bepflanzt haben. Die Weinberge befinden sich teilweise direkt auf dem Betriebsgelände und teils bei der Via Bolgherese, wo sich die bekanntesten Weingüter der Bolgheri Appellation befinden.
