This wine unfolds its balsamic aroma of spices, blackberries and plums, which give the bouquet complexity and harmony. In the mouth, blackberries, black cherries and plums dominate at first, before giving way to notes of tobacco and cloves. The acidity carried by the tannins and the soft body enliven the taste experience and ensure a long finish.

Fermentation lasts about 7 to 8 days. The wine obtained at the end of fermentation is transferred to steel tanks where it matures for a few months and then stored in wooden barrels for 8 months.
