The wine is made in small steel tanks with a long maceration period. The wine is aged for about three years, one year of which is in barriques and tonneaux.

Di Majo Norante has been producing wine since the 19th century, as evidenced by the old cellars beneath Campomarino Square and the old family building. The commitment to viticulture was initially taken over by Luigi and then by Alessio di Majo and continues today alongside research and experiments. Di Majo Norante produces its own wines from grapes grown on 123 hectares of vineyards on the old feudal estate of the Marquises of Norante di Santa Cristina.

The viticulture philosophy of Di Majo Norante follows a traditional approach to viticulture and winemaking, with a focus on preserving all the characteristics of Mediterranean winemaking.
