Made from eight carefully selected local olive varieties, it brings together the diversity of Apulia’s olive-growing landscape in a well-balanced taste experience. The olives are processed together and the oil is obtained directly from the olives exclusively through mechanical methods and cold extraction. This olive oil delights with a light fruitiness and subtle notes of tomato and oregano, complemented by harmonious bitterness and pleasant pepperiness. Ideal for dressing salads, vegetables, fish, and pasta, or simply enjoyed with fresh bread.

Bei diesem Öl handelt es sich um ein natives Olivenöl extra aus Apulien, gewonnen aus einer sorgfältig abgestimmten Mischung verschiedener Olivensorten (Multicultivar). Acht Kultivare – darunter Coratina, Leccino und Cima di Mola – werden gemeinsam geerntet und verarbeitet, wodurch ein besonders ausgewogenes und terroirgeprägtes Olivenöl entsteht. Die Oliven werden direkt nach der Ernte ausschliesslich mit mechanischen Verfahren gewonnen und kalt extrahiert, um die natürlichen Aromen sowie die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe bestmöglich zu bewahren.
