Straw yellow with golden reflections, the nose is intense and persistent with mineral notes and yellow flowers. Ripe yellow fruits, peach, and a hint of melon dominate the palate. A beautifully integrated acidity adds freshness and whets the appetite for another sip.

Contact with the skins for 8-10 hours. Fermentation in steel tanks at 16/17 degrees. Aging on the fine lees in steel tanks and then 3 months in the bottle.
