vinification

A selection of the best plots of the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed by hand, the must remains in contact with its own yeasts for about 20 days. Aging for 15 months in French oak barriques.

Piaggia

In the 1970s, Mauro Vannucci purchased the vineyards overlooking his house in the municipality of Piaggia. He was certain that the vineyards’ exposure to the sun and terroir were perfectly suited to producing great wines. As capacity and distribution expanded worldwide, his daughter joined the company as managing director. The winery consists of 16 hectares of land, 8 of which are planted with vines.
