producer

The Santachiara Dove Cote

San Gimignano has now become a must-see for every traveler to Tuscany. Besides the charm of the small town, with its unmistakable towers visible from afar, the first DOCG white wine of Tuscany is produced here: Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG. Il Colombaio di Santa Chiara focuses on organic cultivation and wine production. Hand harvesting is just as natural as the gentle winemaking process without any use of pesticides. A promise for the future.
