Straw yellow with green reflections, the nose is intense and complex, with notes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, Mediterranean shrubs and iodine, which create a fascinating blend of sweet spices and patisserie. On the palate, freshness and saltiness set the rhythm and underline the aromatic, fruity and balsamic notes.

The crushed grapes are cooled to 4°C, macerated for about 12 hours and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at 18 - 20 °C, after which the wine is left on the yeast for 6 months. Storage takes place in the bottle for at least 2 months.
