The grapes come from the 2.5 ha plot in Arcuria, on the north side of Mount Etna at 600 m above sea level. The harvest takes place at the end of October. The vinification takes place in cement tanks with the wine's own yeasts. The aging on the fine yeast takes a further 6 months. Annual production: 16,000 bottles

The von Graci winery is located in Passopisciaro on the northern slope of Mount Etna. The vines are situated in the Arcuria district at an altitude of just over 600 meters above sea level. Here, the native white varieties Carricante (1.5 ha) and Cataratto (1 ha) as well as Nerello Mascalese (15 ha) among the reds thrive. The volcanic soil and high altitude contribute to the production of wines of incredible elegance.
