Vineyard exposure: Northeastern side of Etna at 600-700 m above sea level. Harvest takes place at the end of October. Fermented spontaneously without temperature control in small oak barrels, maceration in contact with the skins for 30 to 90 days. Aging: 24 months in large oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously.

The von Graci winery is located in Passopisciaro on the northern slope of Mount Etna. The vines are situated in the Arcuria district at an altitude of just over 600 meters above sea level. Here, the native white varieties Carricante (1.5 ha) and Cataratto (1 ha) as well as Nerello Mascalese (15 ha) among the reds thrive. The volcanic soil and high altitude contribute to the production of wines of incredible elegance.
