Mezzi Rigatoni are made in Gragnano according to the traditional pasta-making craftsmanship of Pastificio dei Campi. Their compact tubular shape and pronounced ridges ensure that sauce is captured both on the outside and inside of the pasta. Thanks to the careful processing of durum wheat semolina and slow drying, Mezzi Rigatoni retain a particularly pleasing bite.
